Come find out this Thursday and Friday at 7:00 o’clock, if this murder really was staged. Our cast has worked very very hard to put on our production of “This Murder Was Staged.” This show has a play inside of a play. It follows the story of a cast when suddenly their director (Michael Cornwall) is murdered! They stop the play in a panic, and a very smart detective (Brady Hill) emerges from the crowd. This detective puts his best magnifying glass forward and strives to get to the bottom of the case. Throughout the story, many flashbacks and monologues happen to help you make your own discoveries about who the possible murderer is!
Why should you come see the play? “It’s entertaining, and we’ve put a lot of work into it,” said senior Elise Brucker, who plays Kiera in the play. “There are lots of twist and turns. The ending is not predictable. You won’t know who the murderer is until the end.”
Be sure to follow our Instagram, epg_theater, and our TikTok account, epg.theater, to keep up with the hilarious cast. The EPGHS Spring Play shows off the talent and how hard our students work to put on a production you will want to see. Tickets are $5 for both days and are available at the door. Who knows…maybe you’ll be a suspect?
